20th NCOLCTL annual Conference

The 20th annual conference of the National Council of Less Commonly Taught Languages (NCOLCTL) is scheduled for April 21-23, 2017 at Holiday Inn - Schaumburg Area (Direct and free shuttle from O'Hare Airport). This year's conference theme is, "the LCTL Mission: Advancing Intercultural Communication through Research and Practice for K-12" The conference aims to pursue a new pathway for advocating innovative approaches in research and practices, maximizing professional exchanges and collaboration among LCTL educators, and leveraging resources and strengths in the less commonly taught languages community. We cordially invite researchers, practitioners, program developers, and administrators in the LCTL community organizations to submit proposals and attend the conference
